Our products
Every product is handmade in small batches from natural ingredients. Because of this, slight variations in colour, texture and scent between batches are entirely normal and are not a defect — they are a sign of how the products are made.
Product photographs and illustrations on this site are intended to represent our products faithfully, but colours may appear differently on different screens.
Cosmetic products, not medicines
Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not medicines, and nothing on this website is intended as medical advice or as a claim to treat, prevent or cure any condition.
We always recommend a patch test before first use. If you have a known allergy, a skin condition, or are pregnant, please consult a qualified medical professional before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we have accepted it and, where applicable, received payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we believe the order is fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it in full.
Prices are in Indian Rupees. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already confirmed.

Reviews and customer photographs
Customer quotes and images appear on this site only where the customer has given us permission. If you have shared something with us and would like it removed, tell us and we will take it down.
Our responsibility to you
We take real care over how our products are made and described. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
